THAI BOXING COURSE

Our program is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and fitness in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Classes combine fundamental Thai Boxing techniques with conditioning and movement-based training, making it accessible for beginners while still challenging and rewarding.

This is a space to train hard, feel capable, and enjoy the process alongside other women.

Training Times

  • Tuesdays: 7:00 am

  • Thursdays: 7:00 am

Start / Trial Class

  • Trial class: 10th February at 7:00 am

  • No-pressure session to experience the class, meet the coach, and see if it’s right for you

  • $300 total for the full course
